Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Focus Online course enrollments invoiced directly by us. This website does not collect payments; refunds relate to invoices issued after enrollment confirmation.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two live sessions (or fewer than 15% of recorded lessons on Calm Track).

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds are available within the window above. After that window but before the midpoint of a cohort, a partial refund of 40% of tuition may be granted if you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, printed materials ordered separately, and Team Nest custom workshop days already delivered are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@focus-online.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfers inside Thailand may clear faster than international cards.

Cancellation by Focus Online

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid.

Exceptions

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution. Fraudulent enrollments are void without refund.
